My husband recently tried to take his own life. He drove to a secluded place and slashed his throat in two places. After a week in psychiatric inpatient care, he is home now, and doing well, but this near tragedy has caused him to already miss two weeks of work and the bills are piling up. He needs time to heal and make sure he is ready to get back into a more normal routine. Without knowing when he will return to work, and being aware that my income is not enough to sustain the household and cover his loss of income, we need help.
