Hello Friends, I am self-employed and do not have medical insurance. I most recently had a very serious accidental fall which resulted in a very bruised and sprained left arm and shoulder if not something more serious. I am in dire need of medical attention and will need funds to see me through with ongoing medical attention and this healing time as well as everyday expenses. I will be off work for a few weeks so this will cover my rent, food, medical and miscellaneous expenses as well. I really need help!
