Hey, I’m Jason and I have continuously run into a string of bad luck. It started when I moved my father into my house. My family and I did not want to put him in a nursing home so I became his primary caregiver. I am not complaining, it was an honor caring for him until the end.
Unfortunately his social security did not cover his expenses and we were forced to take out mortgages and live on credit cards. When he past away on his seventy fifth birth by overdosing to escape the pain it left me with an enormous pile of debt. He had no life insurance.
It doesn’t help that I won the genetic jackpot. I have anxiety disorder, I am type 1 Bipolar, a hypo-active thyroid. Lucky me, right? As you might expect all off that comes at an expense.
But there is more! My car died and I had too get another one, so that is another payment. About two months later my air went out, yet another payment.
I do have a decent job now , however it simply isn’t enough. The mortgage is so large I have not delusions about raising that kind of money, about 200,000. On the other hand if I could raise 25,000 to 40,000 I could wipe out all other debt.
I genuinely do work hard! I am trying to study subject matter which will allow me to move to a better position next year. In other words I am really not trying to be a bum.
Regarding when I need the funds, well my bank account is currently at negative 734.56. So it is pretty urgent. If I meet my goals this will not just delay my issues it will free up enough of my paycheck to fix it.
Whatever you can spare is great. Again I hate asking for money but these are desperate times for me but I have hope that I can count on the kindness of friends, family and strangers.

I also wanted to acknowledge that there are far better, more deserving charities out there than mine. However I really to need some big help. I don’t care if it is $1.00 or 100.00. Just whatever you can spare.
Well I have collided with another bit of bad luck. I developed some kind of stomach bug and had to take a short term leave of absence. This would have been no big deal however my doctor is out for three weeks due to a major surgery. Work and short term disability will only take notes and documents from him. In other words I am locked out of work because I can’t obtain a doctors note to release me nor will I be paid because he has to complete the disability paper work.
