I am a Veteran and Normally I do pretty well, but I had to have surgery recently on my spine in my neck.
So I am on short term disability from work.
I thought 60% of my normal pay would be enough to pay my bills but by the time they deducted things it seems like it is less than 40%.
I should be going back to work at the end of August I hope so I don’t need much.
As it is now though I am barely getting enough to pay my House payment, and not nearly enough to pay my utilities as well.
Then there is the medical bills.
I have exhausted my Health Savings Account, and the bills are still coming in.
So any help would be greatly appreciated.
I hate posting this, but at this point, I don’t know what else to do.
