During my deployment to Iraq I lost good friends. I also lost a few more after returning home. I have dealt with survivors guilt and did not know how to help myself move on.
I found that the most therapeutic thing to help me was to help others. I started nursing school and have loved every single minute of it. I hope to be able to apply and work my way through medical school once I finish nursing.
The motor in my car went out and I have been relying on the kindness of my friends to get me to classes. They spend their last bit of gas to make sure I will be able to finish and have a future I can be proud of. I do not want to be a burden on my friends, and don’t know where else to turn.
I have to get the motor in my car fixed so that I can continue to attend classes. Where I live there aren’t any means of public transportation to get to my school. I am asking for help from a community of people that want to see others succeed and follow their dreams. I am asking for help from a community of people on gofundme that spread kindness and love to others.
I want to be able to give as much help as this community gives to others through graduating and helping patients. I cannot express enough how grateful I am just to see what this community does for people, and hope I can return the favor. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any help you have given me! I will never be able to truly show my gratitude.
