The tradition of Serbian cuisine is very old. One of the oldest Serbian cookbook was Srbski kuvar (Serbian Cookbook) by Krusedol Monastery monk Jerotej Draganovic, published in 1865, in the Old Slavic language.
The cookbook of traditional recipes will contain more than 100 recipes, while some of them are over 100 years old. All texts in the book, as well as the recipes will be written in the Serbian and English languages.
Serbian cuisine is a mixture of many cultures and cuisines.
