Hi, my name is Jessica farmer/ ornelas. I woke up one morning last week to my whole world in pieces, the police had woke me with the most shocking news I had ever heard. My husband had tried to assault my child.
This predator went into her room while she was sleeping, he woke her by touching her hip and pulling her knees apart. After seven years of her trusting him like a father figure he was now standing over her bed trying to force her to …….The report was wrote up as assault.
This is, in no way an assault , when she was sleeping at 3 am and her stepfather had no reason to enter her bedroom or to put his hands on her body anywhere at all, ever!She knew without a doubt that the way he was acting what he was there for. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to hear from my child.
There is a lot of details to this horrible night that I cannot mention, but he has scarred my daughter for life. This should never happen to young girls, it puts fear in their minds for the rest of their life. I am so sorry this happened to my baby girl, I feel so horrible that I had a monster in the house for 7 years and never even knew it. Predators are very good at what they do. He has bailed out now and has got a lawyer for our divorce, this sick man has the nerve to file for custody of our son, for child-support and also for our house.
I cannot believe he can even be allowed to do this. This is like his behavior with children means nothing. I do not want my child in the hands of an abuser. I have to fight this with everything I have. I need prayer from everyone who will pray. He cannot and will not get away with what he has done to my daughter most of all and to , me and my son, this has mentally affected us all. My son is 5 years old and was awakened when the police came in at that time, he is now so confused and worried about why our family is now broken.
This is unfair that my children had to be subjected to this horrible behavior and then for him to try to rip all we do have away from us is just beyond wrong. He should be behind bars receiving mental health treatment and more. I want to fight this, and keep my kids safe, any help at all is so very appreciated..
I want to make a statement, that these silent predators will not get off so easy, and girls do not have to stay quiet, speak out to put a stop to them so they cannot victimize others. I thank the lord above, my daughter was able to silently get help to her rescue through a friend, and her mom called the police. I am very thankful for their response, there may have been a much worse outcome. I hope justice will be the only outcome now. I am in need of help with lawyer fees if this could take a while and help either saving our home now or getting into another place for me and my 2 children.
