I have been harassed in my home for 6 years by Elwood White. He has destroyed my property, slandered me, conspired with another person to have false charges filed against me, and caused me untold grief.
Monday 9/10/2018, he had me arrested … for trying to stop him from destroying my property — again.
He refuses to leave me alone. (long, long story — will share). This guy spends his days looking for ways to try to make me as miserable as he is. He looks for any way he can find to drive me out of my home — or get someone else to do it for him. He’s tried several already. This is his latest.
They are both manipulative bullies (think 3rd grade playground only nastier).
I’m the target.
Bullying me is their entertainment. They want to drive me out of my home. Can’t have “her” living in “our” neighborhood.
Monday 9/10/18, I was outside my home in the morning as usual, having my coffee and letting my cats out. He was doing something in his yard on the other side of his fence. I noticed and ignored him.
He worked his way down the fence line. He saw me. Looked right at me, then deliberately reached across the fence, grabbed one of the small trees and started whacking at it.
I hobbled over to that area to try to stop him. I currently have my foot wrapped due to an ankle injury and can’t walk without limping.
I tried to get around the other plants I had in that area and not get into the poison ivy. I was reaching for the tree to try to pull it out of his reach, I stumbled. My coffee went flying and he got splattered.
He called the police.
I was arrested on felony battery charges because he’s over 65.
I’m 63.
I was able to bond out, thankfully. But I really need to hire a lawyer.
Waiting to be arraigned to get a public defender is the only other option. From what I’ve been told, it would be better to try to get this thrown out, if possible, before I get to arraignment.
I’ve not been able to find work since a contract I had was cancelled in May. Right now, I barely have any grocery money. I’m expecting to get my first Social Security check at the end of this month. It may be enough to cover my mortgage and utilities. I’ve applied for food stamps. I need cataract surgery. Lots of things piling up.
Did not need this bully to make things so much worse.
I’ve always worked. First job at 11 years old. This is more than I can handle. I really need some help.
One lawyer said he would need $4000. Another said $10k. I’m guessing that the cost would be about the same for others.
And as an added bonus….

Walking out to my mailbox 8:47 am. Peggy White to someone arriving at her home and quite loud — to make sure I heard her “I hope she dies. I hope she dies.”
