Crowdfunding is for myself, I am physically disabled with a progressive neuromuscular disease. I use a wheelchair and every part of my body is affected and getting worse.

To keep mobile i need a new wheelchair which I must fund, this is the only way for me to move and is very expensive. I also need funding to adapt my vehicle (wheelchair van) so that I can continue to drive and thus go to hospital appointments, work and out in the community.
