My son, Raymond, was nominated to represent El Dorado High School at the 2019 National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC). He has a truly unique opportunity to gain an insider’s perspective on a possible future career.
Raymond has selected the Cybersecurity Conference at American University in Washington D.C.. He will learn how experts in the field monitor, mitigate, and prevent online threats. He will participate in hands-on workshops and simulations designed to prepare him for a career in cybersecurity and learn to harness new technologies to confront tomorrow’s security challenges.
Being nominated as a sophomore is truly an honor. I know he has earned this opportunity being a straight A’s student, Varsity Athlete and Student Advocate. However, this opportunity isn’t free and we need your help to get Raymond to the National Student Leadership Conference.
Your donations will go to cover the costs of the conference ($3195) and airfare and travel costs. Thank you in advance for any donation you can provide to help him get to NSLC.
