Hello, everyone. My name is Katelyn Branch, and I am a Junior. In June, the English department is planning a trip to England. I would love to go on this trip; however, my parents do not have the money to pay for me to go. We have seven people in our family, and we tend to live paycheck to paycheck.
The trip costs about $3500, and I have to pay for the trip myself. Considering I am a high school student, I only make $9 an hour, and I only work about 12 hours a week. I can’t afford to go on the trip without help. Even the payment plans are too expensive for me, with having to pay $419 per month for eight months. It would mean so much to me to go on this trip.
I have never been to Europe and going to experience this new place would mean the world to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you to anyone who donates. Seriously, any amount counts.
