Trying to raise money to afford attorney to get my kids out of a bad situation from my soon to be ex wife. She has them in a bad living environment with her parents and she allows them to be in dangerous situations everyday. We are currently split up for 3 weeks now and she has had a boy friend for about 4 weeks now.
And he is an alcoholic and my kids are exposed to that as well. They are a 3 year old little girl named aerilynn sky and a 5 year old boy name Tristen skyler. She refuses to let me see them because she is trying to his this boyfriend from me.
And trying to paint me as a bad father around town to his the fact she cheating on me to justify the split up. And not to mention her parents have onset dementia who she lets watch my kids so she can go with this guy for days at a time and leave her kids with them.
And when I find out I try to go get my kids her dad pulls a gun on me. I can’t afford a lawyer nor can I afford a place to live to house me and my to kids to satisfy dss.
Because I still pay all the bill for our marriage I was kick out of our house and had to find a place for me to live. I need help. Please anything anybody can do I appreciate anything.
