I’ve been trying to get out of debt this year and no matter what I do, no matter how much I put towards everything; it hasnt made a dent. Every year the money I save goes paying a years rent. I would like to be a home owner and not pay rent every year. I would like to start thinking of my future and the what if I wanna start a family with someone special. The place I’m at now is way to small for that and not something I wanna keep doing for my future. Please help me on making this a successful end/beginning to the new year.
