Our rental home we lived in for 6 years has been over come with mold and instead of our lanlord fixing it he’s decided to evict us. Real Estate friends suggested I look into buying a home of our own. I went through the approval process and was approved. After all said and down even after all the money I’ve spent on inspection, mortgage fees earnest money , I still need $5,008.00 to close witch is scheduled for the 13th of September our 30 days will be up September 4th. So I decided to start a GoFundMe campaign.
