Providing hope and jobs for a sustainable future. An H2Integrate goal is to provide high-paying operations and technical manufacturing jobs as well as technical education to hundreds of individuals presently unable to achieve their potential due to systemic obstacles that they have no control of. The fact is that some people are more advantaged than others and unfortunately the playing field is not level. I am an engineer by education and vocation, but I have specific experience living and working with young and older people in very distressed and seemingly hopeless circumstances. To rise above these circumstances, economic stability is a key ingredient to achieving a better life for their families, neighbors and themselves. Our pragmatic approach is to help those in need to achieve their potential with stable well-paying jobs.
