8. Refunds and Cancellations

Once your order is submitted it is entered into our proprietary and state-of-the-art marketing system and a placement is reserved in our scheduling system. Once submitted you cannot cancel your order so please be sure you are ready to have your campaign promoted and your campaign is ready to accept donations. You will see results on Google, News, and social media (Facebook & Twitter) within 6-24 hours from submission, and if you have ordered a “Featured” Campaign listing service or Press Release service you should see your Featured Campaign in 6-48 hours. Please be sure to include accurate information namely your @TwitterHandle (optional) and Link. Press releases will not be distributed on weekends and holidays unless by special request as it is our experience that the highest and best results are achieved by press releases Monday to Friday. 8.1 Refunds and Cancellations – Custom Orders

Once your order is Invoiced and that Invoice is paid it is considered NON-refundable. You agree that all payment obligations are non-cancelable and all payments made are non-refundable. A great amount of research and “Pre Order Prep” goes into a Custom quote by the time an Invoice is generated so please make sure you are 100% ready with all your information and a complete description and understanding before making payment as PAYMENT IS FINAL and non-refundable.

9. Double Back Guarantee

10. Chargebacks – All Orders

Any and all work and work product derived from or resulting from any and all work performed by CrowdFundingExposure, its Affiliates, its contractors, its subcontractors et all, automatically becomes the sole property of CrowdFundingExposure in the form of default damages, liquidated damages, general damages as a result of the dispute or chargeback.   Any “Featured” campaigns or links may be deleted at the discretion of CrowdFundingExposure.  Any and all links may be “ReSold” to anyone to recoup all partial or full damages and costs.

10.1 Chargebacks – Intellectual Property Rights / Work Product

Any “Custom” work or work product becomes the exclusive intellectual property of CrowdFundingExposure in the event of a dispute or chargeback and may be purchased for a MINIMUM of Ten (10x) times the original amount or sold to recoup and recover any, all or partial loss suffered by CrowdFundingExposure as a result of a Chargeback, dispute or Claim.

11. Removal and Deletion

Generally, all Advertising is PERMANENT and links are PERMANENT throughout the Viral Exposure and our Partner Distribution network.

However, under unavoidable circumstances, we can accept removal requests. All removal requests should come from the email that you have used to register your account with Viral Exposure. Once an Advertising order is “Featured” on our website there is a possibility to delete it.  If we are able to delete it, there is a manual deletion fee of $250 for this service.

We perform our ‘best efforts’ to delete News releases but as they are distributed over our entire network, some contain hundreds and sometimes thousands of links, some may be permanent. 

11.1 Removal after a Chargeback

If you request a deletion after an unapproved refund OR a Chargeback, there will be 10x the original cost (as per section 10.1) of the advertising  + $250 to process the deletion and remove the “Featured”, News, Video, or combination of the advertisement. This will be paid by Bitcoin to the address listed in 11. above.
