These crowdfunding terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. The Civil Code of Romania (effective October 1, 2011) applies.

8. Refunds and Cancellations Policy

8.1 Standard Orders (No Refund)

Once you submit an order, it enters our automated system. Therefore, you cannot cancel it. You will see results within 6-24 hours.

8.2 Custom Orders (Final Sale)

All custom orders are non-refundable. We invest significant research before invoicing. Thus, payment is final.

9. Double Back Guarantee

If you buy a $199+ package, we guarantee to double your investment. To claim, email ViralMGroup@gmail.com with “DOUBLE GUARANTEE Claim” in the subject line.

10. Chargeback Policy

10.1 Standard Chargebacks

In case of a chargeback, all work becomes our property. Additionally, we may resell your links to recover damages.

10.2 Chargebacks & Intellectual Property

Custom work becomes our exclusive IP after a chargeback. You may repurchase it for 10x the original fee.

11. Removal and Deletion Policy

Most advertising is permanent. However, we may accept removal requests for a $250 fee (paid in crypto). After a chargeback, removal costs 10x the original price + $250.

12. Distribution Reports Policy

If your package includes a report, you receive it within 48-72 hours. A rush report costs $99 extra.

All websites/landing pages we create remain our property. You may buy ownership for $5,000 (crypto). Your past payments count 50% toward that fee.
