Losing home to Foreclosure Lien

This is for my mother who is 74 years old who suffers from has chronic arthritis and chronic back pain. She lives on social security only and for the last 2 years has not been able to work at all. She has been struggling to keep her apartment fees and bills current for the last year. This year she is unable to keep up with fees and therefore her apartment is in the courts for “Foreclosure Lien”. she may be getting evicted from her home. She is going through a lot of mental and emotional stress which is adding to more health problems. I would appreciate any help she is able to received. Trying to pay the back dated fees on apartment.
