on 31May2010 my son was murdered over his girlfriend a “friend” made a remark that he only became friends with Christian to get to my son’s girlfriend and my son reacted they got in a fight and he put my son in a chokehold killing him,knowing my son was being bullied in school he decided to completely stage the scene as a suicide.
I sued the school,I now know what happened and can prove it but the sheriff refuses to reopen his very short investigation(he didn’t even wait until the autopsy report came back he closed it out as a suicide) I have proof but now I need to get the PI to present the new evidence and it cost money to have the evidence followed presented to a lab and processed.
I have 1 shot at putting away my sons killer it might have not been intentional but when he made the decision to lie to the police and on the stand to save his behind that made it worse and I am wanting to completely vindicate the school staff.
I sued and then very publicly apologize, my son asked his dad in Korea (he was deployed with the US Army) to officially adopt him that weekend when he returned home because he would be 17 and his bio dad couldn’t object,my husband said heck yes and 3 days later he was gone from his life all because of a selfish boy wanting a girl that was with someone else the loss of this second eldest of 5 boys and 1 girl has forever impacted this family and we deserve the truth and justice.
