Funeral fund for help with the cost after the devastating loss of my little sister Jamie (22) and nephew Logan “Little Bear” (3). He would have turned 4 this Sunday.
On October 5, 2016, Jamie (22) and Logan (3) Jachimiec passed away suddenly.
They will be missed immensely by countless family members and friends. The purpose of this page is to help the family financially in their preparations for their final resting place.
