8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1 Refunds and Cancellations – Custom Orders

Once your order is Invoiced and that Invoice is paid it is considered NON-refundable. You agree that all payment obligations are non-cancelable and all payments made are non-refundable. A great amount of research and “Pre Order Prep” goes into a Custom quote by the time an Invoice is generated so please make sure you are 100% ready with all your information and a complete description and understanding before making payment as PAYMENT IS FINAL and non-refundable.

10. Chargebacks – All Orders

Any and all work and work product derived from or resulting from any and all work performed by Crowd Funding Exposure, its Affiliates, its contractors, its subcontractors et all, automatically becomes the sole property of Crowd Funding Exposure in the form of default damages, liquidated damages, general damages as a result of the dispute or chargeback.   Any “Featured” campaigns or links may be deleted at the discretion of Crowd Funding Exposure & Viral Exposure.  Any and all links may be “ReSold” to anyone to recoup all partial or full damages and costs.

10.1 Chargebacks – Intellectual Property Rights / Work Product

Any “Custom” work or work product becomes the exclusive intellectual property of Crowd Funding Exposure & Viral Exposure in the event of a dispute or chargeback and may be purchased for a MINIMUM of Ten (10x) times the original amount or sold to recoup and recover any, all, or partial loss suffered by Crowd Funding Exposure & Viral Exposure as a result of a Chargeback, dispute or Claim.

11. Removal and Deletion

Generally, all Advertising is PERMANENT and links are PERMANENT throughout the Viral Exposure and our Partner Distribution network.

However, under unavoidable circumstances, we can accept removal requests. All removal requests should come from the email that you have used to register your account with Viral Exposure. Once an Advertising order is “Featured” on our website there is a possibility to delete it.  If we are able to delete it, there is a manual deletion fee of $250  for this service.

Be sure to include specific instructions for the removal and wherever possible please include the original order number(s).

We perform our ‘best efforts’ to delete News releases but as they are distributed over our entire network, some contain hundreds and sometimes thousands of links, some may be permanent. 

11.1 Removal after a Chargeback

If you request a deletion after an unapproved refund OR a Chargeback, there will be 10x the original cost (as per section 10.1) of the advertising  + $250 to process the deletion and remove the “Featured”, News, Video, or combination of the advertisement. This will be paid by Bitcoin to the address listed in 11. above.

12. Distribution Reports

As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, some packages we offer a distribution report. If the package you purchased includes a report, the report will be made available to you within 48 to 72 hours of your initial distribution going “live.”

Should you require a Manual or Rush report for expedited access or additional details, we offer this service at an additional cost of $99. To proceed with this option, please coordinate with our Customer Support team for payment and approval.

13. Website & Landing Pages

All websites and landing pages created by CrowdFundingExposure.com (“CFE”) in connection with a campaign shall remain the exclusive property of CFE. The annual domain maintenance fee of $20 USD and the annual hosting fee of $200 USD shall be payable in advance upon renewal. These fees may be covered either by CFE or the Client, as mutually agreed.

Given the substantial time, resources, and expertise expended in the development, maintenance, hosting, domain registration, and renewal of such digital assets, CFE retains full ownership rights. Should a Client seek to acquire ownership of a website or landing page, an Intellectual Property Title Transfer Fee of $5,000 USD, payable in cryptocurrency, shall apply. This fee must be remitted in full prior to the transfer of any rights or assets.

13.1 Discount Provision: 

If the Client has previously contributed to the costs of development, hosting, or maintenance, 50% of the total amount paid by the Client shall be applied as a credit toward the $5,000 transfer fee.

13.2 Excess Payment Clause:

In the event that the Client’s cumulative contributions exceed $5,000, a nominal transfer fee of $500 USD (payable in cryptocurrency) shall apply to cover administrative and developer costs associated with transferring the assets to a cPanel host or designated account.

This provision ensures the protection of CFE’s proprietary interests while providing Clients a structured and equitable pathway for ownership acquisition, if desired. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing, and CFE reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its sole discretion.
